About our client
Our client needs staffs to work remotely in the United States. Our client is an insurace firm. The Helpline Team Leader (Peer) will provide insurance plans information, guidance, debriefing and consultation to our Helpline Telephone Counsellors and Peer Support workers to provide high quality care to all our callers
Core Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership and support to a small team of staff delivering quality services to callers to our clients Nationwide
  • General practice reflection, risk escalation and supportive decision making, support to deliver against daily call targets, and quality improvement
  • Overseeing day to day operations, rostering, payroll approvals for your team
  • Contribute through collaboration and co-design to quality improvement projects across the organisation
  • Commit to currency in practice through regular participation in professional development opportunities such as training, supervision/line management support, group reflective practice, meetings, and practice discussions
  • Actively support and uphold our clients purpose, values, mission, strategic vision
What We Value/Qualifications
  • Be available to work from 30 – 65 hours per week
  • Willing to undergo background check and verification through our online system
  • Evidence of the right to work in the United States
  • Must be available for rostered shifts including being rostered for on call support to staff as required between 9am-8pm Monday to Friday EST
  • Preferred availability – Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays
  • At least High School Degree
  • Adequate space for Home Office Setup, which will be provided by our client (Employer)
Working Environment:
This is a full-time remote position hence;
  • Working Materials will be provided
  • You should be able to provide Home Office set up space
  • Quiet place to work
  • Ability to hard-wire into high-speed internet connection
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $40,000 – $51,600 a year
Hours: Monday – Friday
