HiringFirms is a full service staffing agency located in Arizona. We offer a comprehensive range of staffing services to companies throughout the United States of America, Canada, Australia. We specialize in Accounting, Administrative, Customer Service, Finance, General Labor, Hospitality, Human Resources, Legal Assistants, Light Industrial, Marketing, Non Clinical Healthcare, Retail Services and Transportation classifications on a permanent, temporary, temp-to-hire or direct hire basis. Additionally, we offer customized services such as on-site management, payroll, skill assessment testing and management reporting to assist in your staffing requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, current employees, and applicants
  • Develop detailed job descriptions by communicating with clients then advertise new jobs
  • Conducts interviews using comprehensive recruiting and selection tools/methods and assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Recruit, source, screen, and onboard new hires
  • Ensure employees files accurate and as well as data bases on a weekly basis
  • Conduct background checks and schedule drug tests as needed
  • Handle and oversee employee training as needed – send training packets to clients
  • Maintain and update applicant data base
  • Ensure shift changes, shift cancelation and schedules are communicated to team leads
  • Oversee current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed
  • Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels

  • Social Media Management: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (intermediate levels)
  • You must have an old Facebook account of at least 1 year
  • Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Workplace (Google docs, Google sheets, Google Slides & Google Drive)

Working Environment:
  • This is a full-time remote position
