Core Responsibilities
  • As a Renewals Manager you will contribute to the team and company’s goals by providing scaled renewals support to customers and internal sales teams
  • You will work under the direction of the Director of Customer Success/Enterprise Renewals Manager and will work closely with the Sales, Legal, and Billing teams. 
  • You will coordinate the renewals process for mid-market accounts as well as partner with the account management team to preserve, extend, and expand customer contracts and relationships.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a short period of time
  • Ability to establish and maintain standard operating procedures for mid-market account subscription renewals
  • Ability to utilize the renewal playbook for engagement to maximize revenue retention.
  • Proactively engage with customers and internal teams to coordinate upcoming subscription renewals
  • Collaborate closely with our billing and partner teams to guarantee accurate timing of sales and purchase orders along with the necessary paperwork
  • Ability to maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
  • Good understanding of contracts, pricing structures, and building rapport
  • Skilled with discovery techniques and negotiation.
  • Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to effectively multi-task, manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to grow business in a strategic manner, i.e. creating new processes and initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate well within a remote team environment
Working Environment:
This is a full-time remote position. Hence;
  • Working Materials will be provided
  • You should be able to provide Home Office set up space
  • Quiet place to work
  • Ability to hard-wire into high-speed internet connection
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Expected Pay and Hours
Pay: $50,000 – $55,600 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday
